Rotary Young Photographer Competition

Calling for entries for this year’s Young Photographer Competition!!!

As the saying goes “A picture paints a thousand words”, the Rotary Young Photographer competition provides an excellent opportunity for our students to do this. The theme this year is ‘Through my eyes’.

Students should enter a portfolio of three photographs in colour or black and white on photographic paper. Each print, should be no larger than A4. If you want to win them it is worth getting photos professionally printed! Students also need to email the photographs to Entry forms can be collected from Kinver Art Department.

All entries should be handed in the first week back after October half term.

Kyle Markey-Thomas in Year 8 has completed his entry already, which is of a very high standard. He has set the bar high for other competitors this year.

For more information check EDGE/i6 as further details are available, or see Head of Art Mrs Jarman at break time.
