Rotary Young Photographer Winners

Congratulations to Faith Imeson-Wood, Year 13 student at Kinver High School, who recently won the Rotary Young Photographer Competition and is now being entered at District Level.

The theme of the photography competition was ‘Through my eyes’. This photograph was part of Faith’s fairy tale themed coursework project where she represented Alice’s Looking Glass. Also, a huge thanks to Evie Parkes in Year 10, as she volunteered to model on a freezing cold, misty morning!

Year 10 student, Jolyon Davis has won the Rotary Young Artist of the Year Competition and his work is now being entered at District Level. The ‘Through my eyes’ theme has been interpreted through a family meal.

Mrs Jarman, Head of Art at Kinver High, said: “This first person viewpoint is unusual and a high level of skill has been applied. I am delighted with both students’ results. I am looking forward to what Jolyon produces over the next year.”
