Year 9 Kinver High students have been studying the controversial subject of stem cells in one of their recent science topics.
Last Thursday they held a debate competition at school, where they split into two teams promoting the arguments for and against stem cell use. The whole of year 9 listened to their debates and decided that they wanted stem cells to be used to treat and potentially cure life-threatening diseases.
Head of Science, Miss Hodgetts, said: “Well done to our Year 9 students. Everyone spoke and debated the topic very well.”
