A founding member of

Paul is part of the Global Healthcare Team at Lightfoot Solutions Group Ltd,
specialising in Unscheduled and Pre-Hospital Care and leads our EMS /
Ambulance Practice. Paul worked within the NHS for nearly 15 years and has
held a number of middle and senior management posts. He continues to
maintain professional registration as a Paramedic.
Paul has a wealth of experience in designing, building and leading highperforming teams, and is passionate about Leadership at all levels, specialising in
the delivery of mission-critical projects and initiatives.
In addition to senior roles within the UK Ambulance Service, he was seconded to
the Association of Ambulance Chief Executives to provide specialist technical and
Leadership support to the National Ambulance Service of Ireland, as they
undertook their National Control Centre Reconfiguration Programme.
When not working, Paul is an active Youth Coach for Rugby Union and is Head of
Youth and Coach Development for a thriving and growing grass roots cricket
club, where he has also been known to play a game or two when not maintaining
the grounds equipment and tractors!
Paul brings a depth and breadth of referable operational Leadership experience
within the emergency services environment and beyond, complimenting the
Lightfoot Healthcare Team
